Baskets of all shapes and sizes have held so many things for us -- flowers, fruits and vegetables, a load of washing, new-born kittens. It was inevitable that one day a lady setting out for market would put a pretty little basket over her arm -- drop into it her change, keys, comb, mirror, a dozen other little necessities, and cover it all with a colorful kerchief. This is just such a basket.
